Permanent jewelry can last several years depending on the type of material you choose and how you care for it.

These effortless and timeless pieces are low maintenance and tarnish-resistant. They can be worn during normal activities like showering and exercising. A gentle cleanser or a jewelry polishing cloth can be used to remove debris.

Although permanent jewelry is durable, its not indestructable. Please avoid excessive tugging and pulling. Avoid using harsh chemicals, such as perfumes, directly on your jewelry.

It’s easy! Use a pair of scissors or wire cutters to cut a single link or jump ring. Be sure to keep your chain and we can re-weld it when you’re ready*.

Additionally, you may add a clasp* to your chain if you’re not ready to commit. The chain will still be custom sized to you!

*Subject to additional fees. No replacement chains given. All sales final.

Things happen! A one-time complimentary re-weld is offered within the first 30 days in the event your chain breaks. A $15 re-weld fee will apply thereafter.

Please keep your chain after it breaks or needs to be removed. Jewelry must be in its original condition (cannot be stretched, shortened in length, have chemical damage, etc.). A new chain will need to be purchased if jewelry is lost or damaged.

No replacement chains are given. All sales are final.

Permanent jewelry is gender fluid and suitable for a range of ages! However, those with electrical implantable devices should not get permanent jewelry due to the electrical current required for micro-welding. Additionally, chains should be removed prior to a MRI. Please avoid getting permanent jewelry if you have a known allergy to the metals.
